Stephen Michael Trotti, age 37, of Orange, Texas, passed away on September 15, 2026. Born in Orange, Texas, on November 9, 1988, to Ann Trotti Hoffpauir, Stephen brought warmth and kindness to everyone around him from the very beginning.
A proud lifelong local, Stephen attended Little Cypress – Mauriceville High School. He had a strong work ethic and dedicated over 18 years of his life to Wendy’s, a job and team he truly loved and took great pride in. Outside of work, Stephen’s greatest joy was found in the simple moments spent with his family and friends. He was known as a fiercely loyal and loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought comfort and happiness to those he loved.
He is preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandmother, Joann Trotti.
He is survived by his loving parents, Ann Trotti Hoffpauir, and dad Gerald Hoffpauir; his brother, Jonathan Trotti; his sister, Danielle Hoffpauir-Adams; his two nieces and three nephews, Dylan Trotti, Keegan Martin, Kynlee Adams, Katelyn Adams, and Kirk Adams the 2nd; his aunts and uncles, Joanna and Gene Smith, and Art and Kenda Trotti; his lifelong friends, Diamond Griffith, Bianca Richard, Rainey Jenkins, and Georgetta Green; and countless cousins, along with many cherished extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Services to celebrate Stephen’s life will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 8808 Highway 87 North, Orange, Texas. Following the services, family and friends are invited to gather for a repast in the Smith Hall, at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 8808 Highway 87 North, Orange, Texas.
