Jessica Nicole Williams, 43, of Orange, was indicted by a Jefferson County along with two other females after they forced their way into an apartment and assaulted the woman who lives there.
According to officers, on March 13, Williams along with Bree Williams and Ebony Hardin said they had driven to the apartment on Gulfway Drive to retrieve a wallet that they believed was taken from them at a gas station in Groves.
They took her Ring camera off the door and were able to get the victim to open the door by telling her “there is a note on the door.” As she opened the door the three women forced their way in and preceded to assault the woman inside. Williams committed a Felony Aggravated Assault by pulling out a pistol, pointing it to the victim’s head and she said, “you are going to die today, bitch.”
The three women searched the apartment and said they never found the wallet before police arrived and arrested all three for burglary of a habitation.
