On June 11, 2026, the City of Orange Narcotics Division, in conjunction with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and West Orange Police, executed two search warrants within the City of Orange.
The warrants were obtained as a result of an investigation that revealed Rolanda Conklin and Miller Zeigler Jr. (left) were distributing methamphetamine throughout the city. The search warrants were executed at residences located at 2309 Bolton Street and 1509 Inwood Drive. Officers located methamphetamine, cocaine and several firearms.
During the execution of the search warrant at the Bolton Street residence, Corey Hoffpauir was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
The following arrests were made:
- Rolanda Conklin (B/F, DOB: 08/27/1984) – Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony 2
- Miller Zeigler Jr. (B/M, DOB: 10/21/1983) – Two Counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Felony 2
- Corey Hoffpauir (W/M, DOB: 03/28/1989) – Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony
