Raymond Stafford Beebe, age 85, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Arrangements were made under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home.
Raymond was born on October 26, 1939, he was born to Essie Mae (Hanley) Beebe and Homer Marvin Beebe, in Lena, Louisiana. He made Orange and Bridge City home for most of his life.
Raymond, a lifelong outdoors man, enjoyed many things in life but fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle was at the top of his to-do list; these activities brought him peace and happiness. The love of being outdoors gave him ample time to keep his lawn very immaculate, neighbors commented on it often about how nice it is. Another one of his greatest joys was taking care of his daughter. He was her Mr. Fix it, her go-to guy, her superhero. His most favorite pastime was spending time with her and his grandchildren which brought him much joy, love, laughter and aggravation (LOL) but he would not have it any other way. He would start some of his mornings off with conversation and coffee with his coffee crew.
Raymond is preceded in death by his mother, father and his brother, Arthur Beebe and his sister, Cheryl Landry.
Those left to cherish Raymond’s memory are his daughter, Stacy Green, of Bridge City, Texas, Blake Martin of Richmond, Virginia, Anna Ratliff of Lafayette, Louisiana, Keely Green of Bridge City, Texas and Gage Green of Bridge City, Texas,
Raymond’s wishes were respected with just a small gathering of family and friends on Saturday February 1, 2025, with stories, laughing and celebrating his life.
