Buna man arrested on felony warrant out of Orange County for Child Endangerment:
On July 14, 2026, Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies Eddings and Harrell received a call from Probation in Buna in regards to an outstanding warrant on James Wales, 45, of Buna. Wales was wanted out of Orange County for Child Endangerment. Deputies located Wales at the Buna Sub Courthouse, and he was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
Wales is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
