The Orangefield Bobcats went into enemy territory Friday and came home with the 35-28 win over East Chambers to hand the Bucs their first loss of the season. Leading the Bobcats was running back Gage Lucas who ran the ball 25 times for 177 yds. and three touchdowns. For his efforts Lucas has been named the Team Granger/KOGT Player of the Week!
Lucas, approaching 700 yds. on the season, and the Bobcats (6-1, 3-0) earned a well deserved week off before they face Anahuac.
