Little Cypress-Mauriceville has released the following statement:
As we prepare for the start of the new school year, LCMCISD will temporarily limit after-hours access to the Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School campus.
Due to recent inappropriate activities on high school property, several campus gates and access points will be secured during evenings, weekends, and holidays until school begins. These temporary measures are being implemented to help protect school property and maintain a safe environment as we prepare to welcome students and staff back.
If you are participating in an approved high school activity, please use the designated access points and follow any posted signage.
We appreciate our community’s understanding and cooperation as we work together to keep LCM High School safe and ready for another great school year.
