A Graveside Celebration of Jo Ann Ellis’ Life, age 54 of Orange, Texas, will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Old Magnolia Cemetery near Holly Springs.
Jo Ann passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was a native of Orange, Texas. Jo Ann enjoyed reading, listening to Christian music and watching the Christian channels.
She is survived by her father, Wallace Ellis, Sr. of Orange, Texas; brothers, William Ellis and wife Elizabeth of Orange, Texas, Wallace Ellis, Jr. of Deweyville, Texas and sister, Haley Bohler and husband Clint of Kountze, Texas.
Jo Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Iris Seletha Rogers.
Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home of Jasper.
