On Friday Lamar beat Nicholls St. 5-4 in 10 innings with a fantastic outing by Peyton Havard (BC) in relief. Havard pitched the last five innings, giving up no runs, on one hit with 11K’s and one walk!
Cards are now 28-8 and 10-6 in the Southland.
