The Orangefield High School Class of 2026 Valedictorian is Landon Dickens and the Salutatorian is Charlee Sanches.
Dickens is a dedicated student and community volunteer. Some of his achievements include All “A” Honor Roll all four years, Magna Cum Laude graduate, Bridge City Chamber Student of the Month (September 2025), Orangefield HS marshal (2025), College Board First‑Generation and Rural Recognition (2025), Adobe Certified in Visual Design, multiple “O” Merit Awards across STEM and arts, UIL regional competitor, TMEA Texas Music Scholar, solo/state choir qualifier, NHS inductee, and regular volunteer with the Humane Society and local toy drives. He plans to attend Lamar University to study biology in pursuit of becoming an optometrist.
Sanches is a true student-athlete powerhouse. Some of her achievements include All “A” Honor Roll all four years, Bridge City Chamber Student of the Month (October 2025), Orangefield HS marshal (2025), Softball All-State (2023 & 2025), First Team All-District Infield (2023) and Pitcher (2024), All-District Offensive MVP (2025), recipient of the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (Jan 2025) and multiple “O” Merit Awards. Charlee is an NHS inductee and will graduate Magna Cum Laude. She plans to attend Weatherford College to play softball and then a university to complete her bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance.
