An Orange County man was booked into the Orange County Jail Thursday after a grand jury indicted him on a charge of possession of child pornography involving more than 10 images. Jose Louis Buentello, 42, was taken into custody July 30 following the indictment.
The case has been assigned to the 260th District Court. Under Texas law, possession of child pornography involving more than 10 images is a second-degree felony.
Bond has not been set as of this post.
