The Mauriceville Heritage Association hosted the Annual Crawfish Bash this weekend with live music, a circus, a carnival, and of course…crawfish!
Great food at the Mauriceville Crawfish Bash as 19 teams competed between Open Dish and Best Crawfish.
Best Crawfish and People’s Choice went to Texas Tails. Second was Bucket of Bugs and third was Lazy B’s.
In the Open Dish Category, “This bugs for you” won with their etouffee stuffed bell pepper. Fat Sacks was second with Crawfish quesadillas and Poor Boys was third with their Crawfish Ravioli.
