State Track Meet results from Thursday at the University of Texas in Austin. Southeast Texas is celebrating three State Champions. Madagyn Boudin of Lumberton won the 4A shot put, Hamshire-Fannett’s Kobe Prejean won the 4A High Jump, and Warren’s Vaughn Westhoven won the 3A 110 hurdles.
In Orange County, Orangefield senior Haylee Spears throws a Personal Best in the 3A discus. Vidor sophomore Jaislyn Heater broke her own school record in the 4A triple jump. LCM’s 4×200 and Dinah Tippin finished fourth while setting new school records.
