The offensive and defensive lines are often the unsung heroes of football. The offensive line creates running lanes, protects the quarterback, and gives the offense time to make plays. On defense, the defensive line works to stop the run, pressure the quarterback, and disrupt the opposing offense. Football games are often won and lost in the trenches, where strength, toughness, and teamwork set the tone for everything that happens on the field.
