
Clifford Eugene Mosley was born November 14, 1940, and passed away April 17, 2026, at the age of 85.
He was a gentle and thoughtful soul, known for his intelligence, his calm presence, and the warmth he shared so freely with family and friends. Though soft-spoken, his words carried meaning, often offering wisdom, humor, or comfort exactly when it was needed most.
He found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved spending time at the bowling alley, where his steady hand and easygoing spirit made every game enjoyable. A devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he rarely missed a chance to cheer on his team, sharing that passion with those around him He proudly served in the military and held a deep respect for it, often engaging in meaningful conversations about service, sacrifice, and history, topics that reflected his appreciation for dedication and honor.
Above all, he was a loving presence in the lives of those closest to him. His kindness was quiet but constant, expressed through small gestures, listening ears, and a heart that cared deeply.
He is survived by bis sister, Carol Brister and husband Don; nephew, Jason Seibert and wife Machelle; niece and nephews, Leia and husband William, Tabitha, Elysia and husband Cody, and Amanda and husband Tony; and numerous extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Bernice Mosley; nephews, Gerard Mann, Chuck Mann and David Mann.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Autumn Oaks Cemetery, Orange, Texas. Bro. Damon Bickham will be officiating.
Pallbearers are Jason Seibert, Don Brister, William Gravett, Cody Guidry, Charles Guidry, and CJ Guidry.
