11am- Veterans Bridge is now open according to TxDOT. The Rainbow Bridge opened earlier this morning.

South Newton Water Supply Corporation in Deweyville is now under a boil water notice due to excessive use of water from leaks.
Piney Woods has confirmed that trash pickup in West Orange will be on Saturday this week instead of Friday. Please have your trash out early Saturday morning.
WOS, LCM, Bridge City, St. Mary and LSCO will be out of school Friday. Vidor ISD will remain virtual tomorrow, Friday, February 19. Students have a holiday on Monday. Staff only report on Monday.
The City of Orange says Waste Management will resume service for its normal Thursday route. Start time will be delayed until 8 am to allow for safe travel conditions, but residents should have their containers placed curbside at the regular time. Friday’s normal route will be serviced on Friday.
The Orange Post office has been closed for a couple of days but is expected to be open at regular hours Thursday.
In efforts to increase water pressure, City of Orange citizens are asked to conserve water at this time. Please turn off all faucets and check for leaks around your homes. If a leak is found, please contact the City of Orange at 409.883.1081. For citizens without water: City of Orange staff is working diligently to repair leaks and line breaks throughout the City of Orange. Please be aware that the restoration of these services may take longer than usual due to the influx of work orders. The City of Orange is still under a boil water advisory until further notice.
