The Orangefield Lady Bobcats held on to a tight one 7-6 over the Vidor Lady Pirates.
Teal Kibodeaux got the win on the mound giving up 3 earned runs on 6 hits with 8 strikeouts.
Aubree Gamblin led the offense with two hits, an RBI and a run scored. Laila Agerton and Hallee Becker both had singles and runs scored. Charlee Sanches had a double, a walk, an RBI and a run scored. Jocelyn Droddy had a walk and 2 runs scored. Teal Kibodeaux had two walks and a run scored. Hannah Bisson had an RBI. Madi LaSalle added a hit.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 7-0 on the season and take on Port Neches- Grove and Bridge City on Thursday at 8:30a and 10:15a in the PN-G Slugfest Tournament.
The JV Lady Bobcats also took home a win 7-1 over Vidor.
Kinsley Rush and Abigail Stephenson both combined for the win.
Abigail Stephenson had two doubles, an RBI and a run scored. Paris Beusing had a hit and a run scored. Bre LaSalle had a triple, an RBI and a run scored. Christa Kyle and Kinsley Rush both had RBIs.

LCM beat Nederland 10-2. Tessa Erickson was a one woman wrecking crew. She was 3-5, a HR, and 5 RBI’s at the plate. And she got the win, throwing a 4 hit shutout in 4.2 with 4K’s and no walks.

The WOS Lady Mustangs defeated the Deweyville Lady Pirates 8-3 Tuesday night. Kyla Blagburn was strong in the circle going 7 innings scattering 6 hits, giving up 2 earned runs and striking out 6. Alexia Guyton went 1-4 with a double and 3 runs scored. Brandi Evans went 1-4. La’Riya Nelson went 2-2 with an RBI, and Mallory Mims went 2-3 with a double and an RBI. Makensly Bell also had an RBI. The big blow game in the bottom of the 6th when Sha’Lynn Jones hit a 2-Run home run to center field. Jones finished the night 2-3 with a double, home run and 3 RBI. The Lady Mustangs return to action this weekend as they host the WOS Spring Classic (schedule below)
