Roxie Louise Rascoe, 91, of Bridge City passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Gulf Health Center in Port Arthur. Roxie was born on August 26, 1924 in Limona, Florida to parents Zenobia (Ward) and James Rabb Hutchinson. She had lived in Bridge City since June of 1950 and was county clerk in Precinct 3 in Orange County for 10 years, retiring in 1987.
