A man riding a motorcycle suffered a traumatic leg injury after colliding with a pick up on August 17.
The accident occurred on Meeks Drive just after 9pm. A 67 year old woman driving a black Chevrolet was southbound on Meeks and was turning left onto Silver Oaks.
Orange Police said she failed to yield the right of way to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that was traveling north.
The 49 year old man from Orange on the motorcycle, somehow stayed on the bike after being hit, and traveled a couple a hundred feet before laying the bike down in the ditch. He suffered a traumatic leg injury and was transported to the hospital by Acadian.
