Deborah Ann Smith, 72, of Vidor, passed away Friday, September 10, 2026, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Vidor.
Deborah was a cook all her life and found great joy in preparing meals for her family. She especially loved spending time with her family, being together, visiting, and making memories with those she loved. Her family was very important to her, and the time she spent cooking and sharing meals with them was a special part of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Smith of Verona, Kentucky; siblings, Connie Jackson of Mauriceville, Texas, David Jackson of Mauriceville, Texas, Tammy Strickland of Mauriceville, Texas, Carl Jackson of Vidor, Texas, and Mark Jackson of Vidor, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.
