Dawn Marie Parry was born April 11, 1966, and passed away May 19, 2026, at the age of 60. Dawn was a faithful servant of God, a devoted member of Calvary’s Purchase Church of Orange, Texas, for more than 30 years. Later in life, she became a dedicated member of Destiny Church of Orange, Texas, continuing her walk of faith with the same love, devotion, and unwavering commitment to God. Known for her selfless spirit and unwavering strength, she consistently placed the needs of others before her own. She gave freely of her time, love, and support, never hesitating to sacrifice for the well-being of her family and those she cared about. Her gentle heart and caring nature were a blessing to many, and her acts of kindness will never be forgotten.
She deeply loved her family and treasured every moment spent with them. Whether gathered around the table, sharing laughter, offering encouragement, or praying together, she created a foundation of love and unity that will continue for generations. Her family was her pride and joy, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to their happiness and success.
Her faith remained at the center of her life. Through every challenge and triumph, she trusted in God and walked faithfully in His purpose. Her life was a beautiful example of dedication, perseverance, and Christian love, inspiring all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her brothers, William John Parry and wife Amy, Jason Bryn Parry and wife Tifanie; nieces and nephews, Trent Parry (Alex), Kristin Parry (Tanner), Hannah Wright (Conner), Catie LeGault (John), and Bryn Parry; 7 great nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Edward Parry; mother, Patricia Ann Turner Parry; and companion dog, Ranger.
Family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m., until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 22, 2026, at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 8808 Highway 87 North, Orange, Texas. Rev. Johnny Asevedo and Rev. Tim Linscomb will be officiating. Interment to follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park Cemetery, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
Pallbearers are Jason Parry, William Parry, Trent Parry, Conner Wright, John LeGault, Bryn Parry, and Tanner Holland.
