Claudia Hulse passed away February 18th,2026 in San Angelo,Texas. Claudia was born to George and Elizabeth Poutra, December 15,1935 in San Angelo,Texas.
Claudia was predeceased by her parents and her husband Don Hulse. She is survived by brothers John Poutra and Mike Poutra (Gwen).
She is also survived by her four children, Don (Tonice), Dana, Dwain (Allison) and David (Helen) and her seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three nephews and one niece.
Claudia grew up in Orange, Texas and graduated from Lutcher Stark High School.
Upon moving to San Angelo, she owned and operated a children’s day care center for many years. Claudia was a spiritual and loving person.
A private service will be held on the banks of the Concho River where she lived.
