Britton Anthony Hamrick, 34, of Bridge City, passed away on August 14, 2021, in Bridge City.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on August 6, 1987, he was the son of Thomas A. Hamrick, Sr. and Sheila (Demler) Malcolm. Britton worked as a lineman for IBEW Local 2286. He was a talented artist and loved expressing himself through various outlets. Britton enjoyed drawing, rapping, singing & dancing with his kids. He adored his children who were his whole world, he lived to make them proud of him. Britton was a whole heartedly genuine man, who loved to make others laugh, with his jokes, pranks and goofy personality “BET”. He was kind, smart and his family remembers him for his huge heart and golden soul. Britton was as beautiful on the inside, as he was on the outside and he knew it too. He will be deeply missed by all those he came to know and love.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Baby Wolfe; cousins, Ryan Brinson, and Hunter.
He is survived by his mother, Sheila Malcolm and husband Kevin of Bridge City; father, Thomas Hamrick, Sr. of Bridge City; grandparents, Edward B. Demler, Judy and John Guidry, and Grandmother Marie Bodin.
Also left to cherish his memory are his lifetime love, Denise Hamrick; children, Bayllie Fayth Hamrick, Brynllie Skie Hamrick, Brytllie Essence Hamrick and Britton Anthony Hamrick, Jr.; siblings, Trisha Hamrick and fiancé Mark Zelner, Thomas Alfonse Hamrick, Jr. and fiancé Kim, Sarah, and Eli; & nieces and nephews, Trey, Beaux, Brock, Chloe, Marley, Adrien, Isaac, Caydence, Alexis, Landon, Kane, Myah, and Silas.
