For the first time in 46 years the Orangefield Bobcat Marching Band is headed to San Antonio to participate in the 3A State Marching Contest. It’ll be the second time this year that Orangefield will play in the Alamodome. The basketball team reached the State Tournament for the first time in the spring.
The Bobcat band will perform at the Alamodome on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in the preliminary round at 9:30am. They will compete against 24 other 3A schools with the hopes of making it to the Finals which will be later that evening.
