Region 5 Education Service Center has named Bridge City ISD is the regional winner for TASA’s 2026 School Board of the Year.
Board members include: Rebecca Rutledge (President), Judy Cole (Vice-President), Paul Zoch (Secretary), Jerry McInnis (Assistant Secretary), Mark Anderson (Trustee), Thad Hill (Trustee), and Michael C. Johnson (Trustee). Dr. Mike Kelly is Superintendent of Bridge City ISD.
This outstanding group of leaders have been officially selected to represent the region in the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) School Board Awards program as a Texas Honor Board nominee.
