Orange’s Shock Foster has added two more world championships to his collection, defeating Emanuel Navarrete over 12 rounds Saturday night in San Antonio.
Foster scored two knockdowns in the final round to seal the victory and unify three of the major super featherweight world titles.
Foster, now 26-and-3 with 12 knockouts, entered the fight as the WBC champion at 130 pounds. With the win, he adds the IBF and WBO titles to his collection.
After the fight, Foster said he’ll be watching closely when Anthony Cacace faces Nick Ball for the WBA title in December.
However, Foster knows he may have business to take care of first, as he is likely to be required to make a mandatory title defense against Charly Suarez.
