The Orange Police Department has identified the two individuals who died on July 11 following a vehicle pursuit that began in Sulphur, Louisiana, and ended in Orange, Texas.
The deceased have been identified as:
- Justin Vanover, DOB: 08/28/1988 of Georgia.
- Jermaine Glodd, DOB: 08/24/2000 of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
The pursuit originated with the Sulphur Police Department in Sulphur, Louisiana, before entering Texas. The fleeing vehicle ultimately crashed in the City of Orange at the Adams Bayou turnaround, resulting in the deaths of both occupants.
The circumstances surrounding the pursuit and crash remain under investigation by the appropriate investigating agencies. No additional information is being released at this time.
