Orangefield ISD announces that the Board of Trustees has appointed former member Jesse Fremont to fill the board position recently vacated by Jude Graffagnino.
This appointment, made during last night’s board meeting, allows the Board to continue its important work without interruption. Fremont will serve in the appointed position until the seat is filled through the November 2026 election, as state law requires.
“As a dedicated community member with a history of service, including two prior terms on the board, Fremont will be a valuable addition,” said Supt. Dr. Shawn McAlpin.
