The Orangefield Lady Bobcats showcased their defense against the Hardin Lady Hornets with the 68-29 win. Rebecca Durbin led the night with 14 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists. Mikayla Locke also had 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 steals. To round out the night Paisley Reeves had 12 points of her own with 3 rebounds. This puts the Varsity Lady Bobcats record to 7-1 with a huge game coming up this Friday home against the Kountze Lady Lionettes. Varsity will start at 6pm. The JV Lady Bobcats lost 43-27. Ava Josephson led with 10 points, 6 steals, and 3 rebounds. Paxton Oldham also had 8 points, 2 steals, and 2 assists. Finally, Nicole Gay had 3 points and 2 steals.
The LCM Lady Bears traveled to Jasper and won 58-41. Junior Mallory Russell set the pace contributing 11 points to go along with several assists. Maya Meadows also had 11 points, while teammate Eden Frenzel had 9. The Lady Bears will be at home on Friday to take on the Bridge City Lady Cardinals.

LCM (13-15) beat Jasper 52-36 to improve to 3-2 in district.
Deweyville lost to Sabine Pass 75-25. Kamen Collins had 10 and Jaxon Slone 5 for the Pirates.
Vidor beat Lumberton 53-44. Bryce Loftin had 15, Caden Beavers 13 and Colten Callahan scored 11 for the 4-1 Pirates. They travel to Silsbee Friday.
Orangefield walloped Hardin 91-33. Jaden Scales had 20 of his 24 in the first half. Carson Willis had 16, Nick Rogers had 9 for the Bobcats.
