The Orangefield Lady Bobcats saw their season end Tuesday in Kountze, losing their bidistrict round match to Tarkington 25-15, 26-24, 25-11.
The LCM Lady Bears played Huffman in the second game of a doubleheader, and were swept by the Falcons 25-20, 28-26, 25-14.
After finishing second in district, WOS lost to Liberty in Beaumont Tuesday 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.
In the 3A playoffs, Deweyville beat Boling in 4 sets at Baytown Lee College 25-22, 19-25, 25-14, 25-23. Shaylin Dupuy had 54 assists on the night along with 11 digs and 23 service points. Kennidee Willis put away an astounding 41 kills while picking up 20 digs and 3 blocks. Gabby Dupuy had 39 digs and 30 quality serve receive passes. Brooke Smith put down 13 kills. The win moves the Lady Pirates to 35-4 on the year. They will play their area round match against Central Heights on Saturday in Woodville beginning at 5 PM.
Also, PNG was eliminated by Kingwood Park, Nederland defeated Porter, and Silsbee knocked off Splendora.
