West Orange-Stark students Morris Joseph (right) and Rufus Joseph have turned themselves in to authorities and each have been bonded out on a $20,000 bond. Morris turned himself in at 1:30am Tuesday morning and Rufus at 9:30pm Monday night.
That means all four men that are said to be involved in the aggravated assault of Noah Frillou on the beach March 18 have turned themselves in and have been bonded out.

Galveston County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants Thursday against Deionte Thompson, Morris Joseph, Rufus Joseph and Dee Wolfford for felony aggravated assault.
Morris and Rufus are students at West Orange-Stark HS, Thompson is in Alabama attending the university on a football scholarship, and Wolfford graduated several years ago from WOS.
The four are charged with the beating of 18 year old Noah Frillou of Orange at Crystal Beach during Spring Break March 18. A fight broke out and Frillou, claiming to be an innocent bystander, was sucker punched and then beaten while he laid on the sand. He suffered broken bones throughout his face that required titanium plates to repair.
Sheriff’s Investigators say cellphone video and witness testimony lead to the warrants.
Thompson and Wolfford turned themselves in last week.
