Officer Foreman reported that 61-year-old James Mott of Beaumont was backing up a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The truck hit a parked 2015 Nissan Versa with two people. The driver was 46-year-old Ramona Lee Duggan of Buna and the passenger was 43-year-old Margaret Agnes Grimes.
After hitting the Nissan, the pickup truck traveled over a grassy median and hit the concrete barrier.
