Location: Right lane of IH-10 westbound at the 859/Asher Turnaround exit
Time: 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Wed., Oct. 1st
Location: Right lane of IH-10 eastbound at the Bonner Turnaround/Dewitt Road exit
Time: 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
