
Final day of the Bill Tennison Tournament and the Orangefield Lady Bobcats are CHAMPIONS, finishing the tournament undefeated.
They opened the day with a dominant 61–23 win over ARCA. Mikayla Locke led the way with 20 points, 4 steals, and 4 assists. Olivia Smith added 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 steals, while Brooklyn Wagoner contributed 10 points and dished out 7 assists.
The Lady Bobcats closed out the tournament in style with a 70–29 victory over Vidor. Olivia Smith recorded a double-double with 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 3 assists. Brooklyn Wagoner finished with 13 points and 4 assists. Ava Josephson and Mikayla Locke each added 10 points and 7 rebounds, with Locke also handing out 6 assists.
The Lady Bobcats look to keep the momentum going on to Tuesday at home against the Kountze Lady Lions. Varsity only.

WOS came up just short and lost the championship game of the Deweyville Tournament to Johnson’s Bayou by a 34-33 score. Kyla Blagburn had 7 points. Blagburn and Alyeecia Cooper of WOS were named all-tourney team.

On Friday BC beat the defending state champs from Kountze 80-33. Mia Sterling had 20 points and Kaylee Britten added 14.
BOYS

The BC Cards took home second in the Montgomery Tournament after falling to Bryan 58-53 in the Championship. Aaden Bush: 25 pts (7 threes), Abraham Munguia: 11 pts, 6 assists and both were named to the All-Tournament Team. Cardinals are now (10-7).

Orangefield won the consolation bracket of the Bill Tennison Tournament with a 79-47 win over Sabine Pass. Jaden Scales had a career high 49 points.
