Allen Royce Scales, 88, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in Orange, Texas. Royce was born on August 5, 1935 and was a lifelong resident of Orangefield, Texas. Royce was an excellent athlete in high school and was an important member of the Orangefield basketball and football teams. Firm Files Action Against Eagle Railcar
More than a week after a railcar leak of highly toxic chemicals at the Orange County Eagle Railcar facility, the company has yet to cooperate with the law firm who filed a restraining order to preserve evidence and allow for an onsite inspection.
