We will discontinue following the chart of TS Francine as Orange County appears out of harms way. On Sunday, August 11th, 2024, the Orange Police Department responded to the Petro Wholesale gas station located at 333 Lutcher Drive in reference to a theft. Around 4:15 PM, an white male entered the store and stole dozens of lottery scratch off tickets. He left the store in an early 2000’s model black GMC Envoy.
