On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the Vidor Police Department, with assistance from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, executed an arrest warrant in the 1100 block of Alma Circle on Kenneth Wayne McNeel, 58, for Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography, a second-degree felony.
McNeel was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Jail.
