Boehme, on Friday, September 25, 2020, from 12 to 1 p.m. The talk will explore McAfee’s life, revealing how she made a successful career, even while facing adversities. It will look at how her painting The Four Seasons contributed to the art manual How to Draw Horses. The talk will survey McAfee’s other works, such as her paintings of Lutcher Stark’s Longhorn cattle, and her drawing Horses, which is part of the exhibition The Drawing Experience.
