Kathy passed away on March 28, 2026. Born in Sulphur, Louisiana, she was the daughter of Charles and Margie Boudreaux.
She moved to Orangefield, Texas in 2004 and married Larry Gray. Kathy and Larry made beautiful loving memories together. They were members of the Orangefield Pentecostal Church. Kathy accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and was baptized in Jesus’ name in 2005. Kathy was a beautiful, smart, loving person. She was very shy. She was an extremely talented decorator. Kathy suffered for years with cancer. She loved her parents and family immensely and found happiness in her faith in Jesus Christ. She loved her daughter, Rikki and her grandkids, Chase Prejean, Wyatt Gray, Trista Gray and family. Her legacy of love, creativity, and faith in the promise of eternal life will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Kathy is survived by her parents, Charles and Margie Boudreaux; her brother, Scott Boudreaux and partner, Julie Brown; her daughters, Rikki Prejean and Shane Prejean; her husband, Larry Gray; her three grandchildren, Chase Prejean, Wyatt Gray, and Trista Gray; and many friends and extended family members. Kathy’s loving memory will endure and encourage others to trust in her Lord Jesus Christ.
