At approximately 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Orange County Emergency Services District #3 was dispatched to a reported structure fire in the 1000 block of West Bluff Road. The first arriving unit confirmed fire showing from the roof of the residence. Engine 31 arrived on scene within minutes of the initial dispatch, and once water was available, crews brought the fire under control within approximately 10 minutes.
All occupants were able to exit the home safely, and no injuries were reported. Orange County ESD 4, West Orange Fire Department, City of Orange Fire Department, and SNCESD 1 all provided assistance.
