Robert James Perry is a convicted sex offender who is required to register annually. He has ties to Jefferson County, including the city of Vidor and is known to be in the roofing business. Perry was convicted of aggravated Sexual Assault of a child after an incident involving a 12-year-old girl.
On July 22 the Orange County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
