Wayne Guidry has been named the new Superintendent at Spring Hill Independent School District. He leaves the Hubbard ISD after two years in the same position. He replaces Steve Snell who took the same position at Liberty Hill ISD.
He leaves a district of just less than 400 students for Spring Hill who has more than 2000 students on four campuses. Spring Hill is located near Longview.
The Orangefield graduate was also the Curriculum Director at West Orange Cove ISD for six years and was a member of the Orange City Council before going to Hubbard. He earned his masters and doctoral degrees from Lamar University.
Wayne and his wife Julie have four children. Continued success Mr. Guidry!
