Little Cypress Christian Academy is excited to announce that it has completed its playground improvement project with the help of a $5,000 grant from the H.H. Edna Houseman Charitable Trust. The grant enabled the school to repair the playground’s drainage system, install a new basketball goal, and create a sensory pathway.
Thanks to the H.H. Edna Houseman Charitable Trust’s generous grant, Little Cypress Christian Academy was able to provide a safe and engaging environment for its students. The improved playground facilities and new activities allow the students to play, exercise, socialize, and develop important skills, such as creativity, imagination, and problem-solving.
“We are grateful to the H.H. Edna Houseman Charitable Trust for their support, which allowed us to complete our playground improvement project and offer new activities for our students,” said Dr. John Smith, Superintendent of Little Cypress Christian Academy. “We believe that providing a safe and engaging environment for our students is crucial for their growth and development, and we are committed to continuing our efforts to improve our facilities.”
In addition to the grant, Little Cypress Christian Academy set a goal of raising $150,000 for new playground equipment. The school is committed to providing the best possible environment for its students, and achieving this goal will ensure that the playground facilities remain up to date and safe for the students to enjoy.
