
The Orangefield Bobcats hit the road again on Friday night to take on the Kountze Lions and trailed at the half. But they took over the second half and won 78-44. Leading the Bobcats on the night was Jaden Scales with 18 points, 4 assists and 3 steals. Jaxon Agerton with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals, Rylan Agerton with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 steals and Logan Anderson with 10 points and 3 assists. This brings the Bobcats record to 23-3 on the year and 7-0 in district. Orangefield will be home against Warren on Tuesday night. The JV Bobcats were able to get a decisive win by a score of 84-13. Leading the Charge was Will Rutledge with 19 points, Korbyn Smith with 16 points, Devin Cook with 10 points, and Gavin Reyes with 9 points.

Cardinals were led by Jiraiya Jennings with 32 pts (8 threes), Hunter Silveira with 14 pts, and Aaden Bush with 11. Cardinals finish the first half of district play 6-0 and move to 17-9 on the season. Freshman and JV Cardinals both grabbed wins tonight to secure the program sweep and to also move to 6-0 in district. BC travels to WOS on Tuesday for a big district matchup.

WOS beats Jasper 60-57. Leading by 17 heading into the 4th quarter the Bulldogs made a run at the end to make it a ball game. Geramicah Davis closed the game out with a three point play to seal the win. Davis led WOS with 15 pts, 11 rebounds and 6 assist, Kwalin Dugas had 14 pts and 10 rebounds along with KJ Joullevette 10 pts and 13 rebounds. Cameron Gobert was a defensive stopper have 5 steals. Freshman Aundrion Perdue came off the bench to spark scoring 5 pts in the second half.

Deweyville lost to Evadale 80-57 despite 30 points from Kamen Collins. Heat Picou pitched in 15.

GIRLS
The Cardiac Bobcats traveled to Kountze and pulled out a 60–57 win. Mikayla Locke led the way with 26 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 assist. Kendall Sullivan finished with 9 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds. Ava Josephson added 8 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals, while Lakynn Granger also chipped in 8 points and 4 rebounds.
The JV Lady Cats also had a close matchup and came away with a 33–31 victory. Melissa Saucedo led the team with 9 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals. Ainsley McAlpin added 9 points, 6 steals, and 5 rebounds, and Paxton Oldham finished with 6 points and 2 steals. The Lady Bobcats will return home next Tuesday to take on the Warren Lady Warriors. It will be a varsity-only game and Little Dribblers Night. Any Little Dribbler wearing their jersey will get in free and have the opportunity to run out with both the boys and girls varsity teams.

BC Lady Cards beat LCM, 60-28. Mia Sterling scored 15 points and had 9 rebounds. The Lady Cards played stifling defense, blocking three shots and grabbing 22 steals. Aubrey Small (14 points), Kaylee Britten (12 points), Kennedy Campbell (11 points). For LCM: Emily Smith had 8 points, Felicity Bob had 6, Kendall Jones and Asia Woodson each had 5. Next up for BC is a game against WOS on Tuesday. The Lady Bears will be off on Tuesday, before they travel to WOS on Friday.
LCM JV got the 32-29 win over the Cardinals. Haylynn Trosclair led the way with 12 points, Sydnee Sauer fought for 8 points, Cheyenne Dickerson and Addisyn Wiley each had 6.
