
Deborah Cruse Soiett was born June 8, 1950, and passed away September 19, 2025, at the age of 75.
She led a life full of love, dedication, and a deep passion for her family and country. As a proud retiree of the United States Postal Service, she spent many years serving her community with devotion and care, a job that she took great pride in.
Deborah was known for her spirited personality and strong convictions, particularly her love for current events and her devotion to following politics. A loyal viewer of Fox News, she enjoyed keeping up with the latest headlines and was a passionate supporter of President Donald Trump. Her enthusiasm for political discussions often sparked lively conversations with friends and family.
Above all, she cherished her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a constant source of love and guidance to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always making time for them with open arms and an open heart. Her legacy of love, kindness, and laughter will live on in the memories of those who knew her best.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Dana Soiett; children, Brandi Sanders, Tina Brown and husband Odell; sister in law, Kirby Cruse; grand children, Christopher Soiett, Austin Bean, Sydney Bean, Autumn Holland, Krisli Holland, and Joseph Mendez; and 7 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Holland; parents, George Sr and Peggy Cruse; siblings, Connie Dickey, and George Cruse Jr.
Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m., September 29, 2025, at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons, 8808 Highway 87 North Orange, Texas. Reverend Mike Streams will be officiating.
