The South Newton Water Supply Corporation advises customers to boil their water for consumption because Hurricane Laura has cut off their power supply. They also believe several power surges may have damaged a control panel.
Also if you see water coming out of the ground, it’s likely caused by a fallen or uprooted tree. You’re advised to call the water department of its location so it can be repaired.
