The City of Orange Police Department is investigating an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (UUMV) that occurred on Monday, October 19, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., at Walgreens, located at 1607 North 16th Street in Orange, Texas.
Officers responded to the location and learned that a white 2022 Honda Insight had been stolen from the parking lot. The stolen vehicle was later recovered in Louisiana. Surveillance footage was obtained from Walgreens and a nearby business. The individual captured on video is described as a white male wearing blue jeans and a light blue short-sleeve shirt.
The City of Orange Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured in the surveillance footage.
