Four of the eight undefeated teams left coming into this week suffered their first defeats Friday and that included West Orange-Stark and Orangefield. That leaves East Chambers, Buna, Hamshire-Fannett and Memorial as the four remaining unbeatens.
District play begins next week for most while the Mustangs prepare for a Championship rematch with Carthage at Dan R. Hooks Stadium.
