TxDOT BRIDGE CITY – Expect alternating lane closures on SH 87/SH 73 in both directions—from Ferry Drive to just past Shady Drive (near La Quinta)—on Friday, April 10, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Crews will be refreshing roadway striping in preparation for the opening of the Rainbow Bridge, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 11. Weather permitting, the Rainbow Bridge is expected to open Saturday afternoon.
