At approximately 4am Friday morning volunteers with the Bridge City Fire and Rescue were dispatched to a structure fire on Granger Lane in Orangefield. Upon arrival, a barn was discovered to be fully involved. Firefighters worked for approximately 3 hours to extinguish this fire. No injuries to civilians or firefighters were reported.
Mutual aid was requested and provided by West Orange FD and Orange County ESD #4. Acadian Ambulance also provided standby coverage during this incident.
